Best Malware Remover Tool

I got some stuff on my computer that was really getting on my nerves. Usually I'm pretty good at being able to hack unwanted programs out of my computer, but this time the challenge was too great. I searched for something to use besides Ad-Aware. I've tried a few others, but I was never happy with them. Today I tried Pervx1, and I have to say this is the best program I've ever had.
