This is my masterpiece (sort of!) It's nothing truly special, but I still think it's kind of cool. I was asked to recreate the part on the left using the CNC mill, so I did. I am writing about it because although I've done stuff on the CNC mill before, this is the first part I've done entirely myself. I was also amazed that I got it right on the first cut! Designing things on the mill isn't always easy, because sometimes you mess something up and don't realize it until it starts cutting into the metal.Anyway, there it is for the world to see. It's a bracket for holding two exhaust pipes in place for race bikes.
